An investment loan is suitable for a company’s long-term investments and financing of fixed assets as well as for launching new projects.
Standard terms and conditions
Loan limit: starting from EUR 1,000,000
Loan term: up to 5 years
Security: a mortgage or commercial pledge; a guarantee issued by KredEx or the Estonian Rural Development Foundation may serve as additional security
Documents necessary for an investment loan application
- an audited annual report for the previous financial year
- a balance sheet and income statement as of the end of the last quarter
- a business plan or description of the use of the loan along with financial projections
- in case of a real estate collateral, a valuation report of the real estate
