According to Maila Kirspuu, Country Manager of OP Corporate Bank Estonia, the results show that the bank is moving in the right direction in Estonia. “Companies’ financing needs remain strong, and our total customer financing has grown significantly since the beginning of the year. Fee and commission income has also increased, showing that our cooperation with customers is expanding beyond lending services,” Kirspuu said.

“Companies are increasingly focused on the returns generated by their investments. Alongside expansion, they are looking for opportunities to automate production, reduce energy costs and streamline their operations. These investments help companies improve efficiency and prepare for the next period of growth,” she added.

“We want to be a long-term partner for Estonian companies, supporting both their investments and their competitiveness. This means that, in addition to financing, we want to provide our customers with increasing value through other banking services and advisory services. We will also continue to develop our digital services to make everyday banking simpler and more efficient for our customers,” Kirspuu said.
