Changes to conditions related to instant payments starting from October 9, 2025
Due to the entry into force of the instant payments regulation on October 9, 2025 (EU Regulation No. 2024/886), we have updated the bank's general terms and conditions, the general terms and conditions of eServices, and the payment terms.
The important points to highlight are the following:
- Instant payments can be made starting from October 9, 2025.
- For euro SEPA classic payments and instant payments, before confirming the payment, a check will be performed to verify the match between the payee's name and account number, which helps to avoid erroneous or fraud-related transfers.
- For instant payments customers can set separate limits.

Terms for SEPA classic payments and instant payments from October 9, 2025
If you agree with the changes, you do not need to do anything; in that case, the amended terms will apply to you starting from October 9. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to terminate the agreements affected by the changes before the changes take effect, following the termination procedure set out in the respective agreements.
