Addition to the General Terms and Conditions from 18 August 2025
We are expanding the possibilities for signing agreements and other documents.
We have added to the General Terms and Conditions an option that, with the bank's each time consent, customers may sign agreements with the bank and other documents submitted to the bank with an e‑signature that meets the requirements of the advanced e-signature described in EU Regulation No. 910/2014. This type of e-signature is common, for example, in Finland and will thus enable Finnish customers to e-sign the aforementioned documents.
The addition is set out in clause 8.9 of the General Terms and Conditions, which you can read here.
Nothing will change regarding digital signatures given with the Estonian ID-card/Digi-ID, mobile-ID or Smart‑ID, they will continue to be accepted.
