New version of the General Terms and Conditions from January 1, 2024

On January 1, 2024, a new version of our General Terms and Conditions will enter into force.

Published1.12.2023, 13.39

The General Terms and Conditions are a document that establishes general rules in the relationship between the bank and the customer. To a large extent, the General Terms and Conditions repeat the rules stated in the law, e.g. who and how can represent the customer, what are the rights and obligations of the bank and the customer in preventing money laundering, how agreements are concluded and terminated, etc.

The terms of each banking service are stated in the agreement concluded between the bank and the customer for the respective service. If the agreement regulates some issues differently from the General Terms and Conditions, then the agreement shall prevail in the relevant part.
